A question about tattoos.

Hi everyone!

I’d like to know how tattoos are viewed in Japan these days. I’m a student and sometimes think about applying to study in Japan through the MEXT program, but I have tattoos on my hands (they’re impossible to hide because they’re on my wrists and fingers). The tattoo styles are anime and neo-tribal. Could you tell me if this might cause me any problems? And what’s the general situation with this now? I’ve heard that Japan has a very strict stance on tattoos in visible places.

Has anyone tested the FPS in CS2 on Facebook with ReBar enabled? What feedback can you give on that?
