Closing percentages.

Hey everyone, so I’ve started working at a Honda dealership for over 5 months now- first timer in the industry of car sales. Over time I’ve come to understand the procedures and processes behind everything a lot better than I had in the beginning. I was just curious to see what is the general consensus of a Good or exceptional closing percentage ( tallying your ups and appointments compared to your sold ) Reason being is that are dealership has been putting a lot of pressure on us as of late, and they are expecting each person to have a 60% - 70% closing rate, how does that sound to you? Is that normal? Right now I’m averaged at 51% with 118 visits and they’re saying that the goal really is in that 60 al- 70% range.
