I see that some cleaning workers are on here as well and wanted some advice

If you have been in the business for 20 years shouldn’t your prices match that

Also is hourly or base line pay better
Or in my opinion both
And how much does everyone expect to pay as in my opinion house cleaning is a lot of work even for apartments I’ve known someone who’s been in the field for a long time and still don’t believe she’s getting paid enough the homes she does is a lot of dusting (I also use to be a cleaner I stopped due to the low pay grade for how much manual labor it is)
Also the lady I’m mentioning also works fairly quick as gain she’s been doing this for years.
