blonde blindness
help!!! i’ve recently transitioned to performing my own color services at home and typically babylight my hair with wella color charm powder lightener and 10v developer. This round I did a mix of T10, T14, and T28 and I am not loving the color. I want to shoot for a brighter blonde for summer similar to the reference pics, any suggestions or recs without frying my hair?
