How have you got on with diced cartilage on the dorsum?

I'm due a revision rhinoplasty to fill a small dent on my dorsum with diced cartilage. (i used to have a really straight high nose and it was over resected, causing some aesthetic issues flatness, break of light, etc.). The plan with my surgeon is to use diced cartilage as the area is so small, so thin it won't be wrapped in fascia. I'm feeling hopeful but im having a hard time with getting online examples. Only coming across negative issues of raised texture and cartilage poking through or dents. I'd really appreciate hearing anyone's experience with this! I believe its quite a standard procedure but i have not been able to find much positive online documentation.

Any Radix Grafting Success Stories?

I've lost my part of my radix and upper bridge when removing a bump and my surgeon created a more significant dip. Its not a massive difference, but its definitely off and changes the shape of my nose. I'm really wanting a revision but haven't been able to find much positive feedback online about grafting over there. I believe grafting expertise of the surgeon is critical as it's quite a specific change but I'm finding it hard to trust any surgeons that I'm finding online. I really miss my old nose and I know its not possible or realistic to ever get it back, but I'm really wanting to rebalance my side profile. Anyone's experiences with this graft would be much appreciated.
