Hello Rache, pls audit your team!

I hope management can also take time to audit and assess the trainers and staff internally. The training process is very strict, so I believe it’s equally important for everyone involved to consistently model the same standards being expected from trainees.

For example, there are situations where some trainers come across as overly authoritative despite not always being fully compliant themselves. There are strict rules regarding backgrounds, lighting, audio quality, and headsets, yet there are also inconsistencies among trainers in following these standards. It would help maintain fairness and credibility if expectations were applied consistently across everyone. Kaloka yung isa naka-airpods pa.

I do not like din yung mag-sanction sila ng non-compliance kahit nagpaalam ka naman. Nagpaalam ako na mag-off cam ako dahil panay brown out sa Luzon. Nasa balita naman. They suspended me because of that. Nakakaloka kayo nga baks!

I also hope the PH Operations leadership can look more closely into these concerns. There have been instances where communication, including email construction and professionalism, could still be improved internally. Simpleng email construction hindi pa maayos.

Another concern is the growing number of trainees from different batches who are currently waiting for client matching. It would be helpful if there were clearer timelines and better support during this stage.

Medical VAs in the Philippines: Share Your Honest Experience (Anonymous Survey)

Hi everyone!

I’m currently conducting a case study about the experiences of Medical Virtual Assistants in the Philippines, particularly those who have worked or are currently working in medical VA agencies such as HelloRache.

The goal of this study is not to attack or shame any company, but to better understand the real experiences of Filipino medical VAs — including training, workload, compensation, management support, client relationships, mental health, and overall employee well-being.

With the current economic landscape in the Philippines, many VAs are trying their best to build stable careers while balancing financial pressures, burnout, and workplace expectations. This study hopes to gather honest insights that may help identify areas where the industry can improve and create healthier, more sustainable work environments for Filipino VAs in the future.

The survey is completely anonymous:

  • No names or identifying information will be collected
  • No judgment whatsoever
  • You are free to be completely honest and blunt
  • Your responses will remain confidential

Whether your experience was positive, negative, or somewhere in between, your perspective is valuable.

I genuinely hope to hear authentic stories and constructive feedback from people in the industry so we can better understand what Medical VAs truly need to feel supported, respected, and fairly compensated.

If you’re willing to participate, here’s the survey link:
