I have never soldered before and I want to make my first project. I want a passive mult with 2 1:3‘s and a switch in the middle that changes it to 1:7. How do I make this, and what components do you recommend?

The video was unclear and the schematic didn’t load, so I can’t just use this, if anyone can make a schematic for this or get a picture of the onelse he provides, that would be great.
