Returning to reta (was in Triumph-5 clinical trial) after a 8-week break due to surgery. I did use 5mg tirz the last 2 weeks, but it's time to go back to reta. Previously, had been on 12mg. Not going to start titrating again at 2mg, as that did nothing for me even in the trial, as I'd previously been on tirz.

What do you all think about 6mg? Reasonable? Or is it likely to hit me like a ton of bricks? I did previously have some stomach issues at 6, 9 and 12mg, but also have zofran available.
