I recently encountered a problem with SH/Viagogo: sales on my account dropped sharply to 0, active listings cannot be purchased by the seller, payments are returning errors, and new listings are being deleted under a dangerous flag, even though my statistics are excellent and I've had no problems at all. Support is responding as usual. Has anyone here encountered this? Let me know. So far, I see this mostly related to accounts targeting the European zone.
