Hello,
I would like to ask whether it is possible for a long-term student visa extension to be rejected if the study program is in a “combined” (kombinovaná) form.
I have been accepted into a PhD program at the Faculty of Medicine at Charles University, which I understand is quite competitive. However, my admission is for the combined form of study.
I am a third-country national currently holding a long-term visa for study purposes. I will need to apply for a visa extension, as my current visa expires in October. I also have sufficient financial resources in my bank account to demonstrate that I can support myself during my stay.
Could you please clarify whether the combined form of study could be a valid reason for rejecting my visa extension?.
