I raised my ferritin from 29 to 100 in 6 weeks by consistently taking iron tablets, but I still feel cold. My vitamin D is 100, haemoglobin 135, folate 8.7, TSH 2, free t4 14.6.
I’m always colder than others, and really want to get to the root of this. Any suggestions please?
