The update just completely removed my Nvidia drivers.I had to manually download them again.

Also when I tried opening some previous around 1 month old vs code folder, it said the path does not exist. Bruh wtf I spent time coding and you just remove from existence.

Till files it was still ok but why the fuck did it remove my entire arduino IDE with projects.I mean why torture me to this limit again and again

I believe there are still some stuff that may be missing but I haven't found them.
