When should I start hrt?
I'm getting my first prescription of hormones today. I'm wondering if I should wait till my day off in 3 days or start today right before an early shirt tomorrow at 4:30am. I'm worried about side effects like nausea and mood swings mostly. So should I start right away or wait?
