Anyone else having trouble redeeming in Canada?

The US link works for me, but when I fill out the form and click redeem, it says "Very sorry! This Product shipping country does not meet!" since my gpu has a Canadian serial.

The Canadian link shows wesite code error, despite the event being in all of North America.
