Hi!! Can you help me what this is?

That tooth got injured for a year or 2 ig, then my dentist did a "build up" like a pasta but right now the tooth is hurting and there's a pimple like pus above the tooth, please help me out what to do because i had my cleaning from my dentist yet, she ignored it😁 (i forgot to ask her abt it)
