Evernote Support - I'm At a Complete Loss
Hi all,
My mobile phone was lost which had my Two Factor Authentication codes on - I've managed to reset them for all services apart from Evernote so am locked out of my account.
I opened a ticket with Evernote support. It took an age to get responses - which was ok, but now they've closed the ticket saying they cannot re-initialise my codes so that I can gain re-entry to my account.
I have my username and password and the original phone number, which is now on a different phone. I have supplied Evernote with:
- My location
- My IP address
- The equipment I used to access my notes
- The original email when I opened my account
- My Evernote-specific email they created when I opened the account
- I can describe the actual content of the notes, should they need!
Does anyone have any suggestions for a way forward? I'm now completely paranoid that my account has been hacked and these basic details have been altered in some way, as I cannot see how else I can prove my identity.
