Looking for some honest critique on the steak I made.

It’s my first time attempting to cook it rare to medium rare so I’m scared that it might still be raw. I cooked it for about 2 mins on both sides, then let it rest afterwards before cutting. The temp was about 120 fresh out of the pan.

Also, I tried my best to make a good sear, but the color still turned out lacking. I made the raw meat rest to room temp, dried it with paper towel, I let it rest after seasoning with salt to draw the moisture out. But still, it didn’t turn out as light brown/crisp looking like the ones I’d see on screen. Maybe I added too much olive oil? Or was it the fire setting? The stainless steel pan was hot enough since the meat didn’t stick to the pan, but I was scared to put the fire on high. It was only on medium.

Any critique or advice would be much appreciated.
