Male mid 30’s looking to get back playing some soccer but could do with some PT for 5/6 months to get me up and running first.

Not really on social media, and I know a lot of personal trainers would advertise there so I’m a bit out of the loop. Looking for someone to train me in person ideally, within 20 minute drive or so of cork city centre.
