This is my current temp, annoyingly forgot to charge my ring at 8d p o. Took a cheap test today which was negative with an indent line. In last week I’ve had 4x major strain and 2 x minor strain notifications. Not sure whether this is usual luteal phase signs or there is still chance of a positive 😅
