Cycle day 24 no signs of ovulation is it truly possible I just didn’t ovulate?

Hey all!! My cycles are usually 35 days and first time I’ve decided to track my ovulation I’ve been testing daily with strips all super pale also no symptoms that would even match ovulation anyone else relate ?

We did it!!

I couldn’t imagine the day of my turn to share good news here, but omg here we go!

We tried for 5-6 months, averaging 3 times a month due to scheduling conflicts, so we couldn’t wait for it to happen but also didn’t think it was gonna happen already!

Oura predicted it, but I didn’t believe the major sign warning was for pregnancy, because that day my ring died overnight so I got a 29 as sleep score and I hated my new mattress and I thought all vitals went crazy because I didn’t rest well and had significant sleep debt. My cycle is 32 days on average and goes up to 34 a couple times in the last 6 months, so i didn’t take a test until the 34th day this month until I needed to decide whether I could have a drink that night or not.

I sent my hubby out on errands and I did the test…voila!!! The pregnancy line was rock SOLID from the second the urine reached the spot. 😱 “Holy shit!”I then put this on my hubby’s desk, and recorded his reaction when he saw it.

We’re so grateful for God, and amazed at Oura’s ability to predict this pregnancy! Sending my baby dust to yall and wish you the best of luck in your TTC journey!

Experiences both trying to conceive and avoiding conception

Hello! I am newly considering an oura ring as a primary tool to plan conception, and potentially hold one off. How accurate and user friendly has it been for you from various perspectives and uses? Thank you!

Oura + FertilityFriend temp reading

Hi everyone, I got my Oura earlier this week and linked it with FF. I noticed it only gets temp data from when I wake up. It varies by 1-2 hours sometimes I can sleep in sometimes I wake up early. I don’t know if this will affect analyzing the readings later. I’m trying to see if there’s a way for it to grab temps at the same time everyday (example set it to 6am?). Has anyone else dealt with this does it make a difference for being able to pick up when you’re ovulating?

Oura, NC, FF, Inito Ovulation

I am so confused if I actually ovulated or not. I am currently on CD 56, when typically I have regulated to 28 day cycles.

Where the temperature increases looks like potential ovulation (CD 28) and it’s when my Inito results showed a LH of 9.48 and a PdG increase to 8.79.

Last took two tests on CD 47 and both were negative.

Any insight would be amazing!

Positive digital test, negative tests next day

Had a positive digital yesterday, this morning negative, oura temps are below baseline, however it’s my first cycle with the oura ring, has anyone ever had a false positive with clear blue?

faint positive test but temp drop

Hi!

Posting this for feedback but also for information for others. I’m due to get my period tomorrow and have a faint positive test. I’m worried that the faint line combined with my temp going down is indicating a chemical pregnancy.

My temp is always at + 0.2 the day before I get my period, which should be tomorrow. Anyone else have their temp graph look like they are going to get their period and not get it? And is line too weak?

Too much stress in luteal phase?

Does anyone else see way more stress during the luteal phase? I have no signs on symptom radar, and I’m only on cycle day 21 out of 29 so it’s too soon for it to be pregnancy related. I do have a recently diagnosed autoimmune condition but I’ve been on treatment for 2 months so if anything my Oura charts should be improved. Today where Oura shows stress off the charts, I was literally sitting at home eating a snack. Lol. Does this happen to anyone else?

Oura ring predicting pregnancy?

My husband and I aren't trying but also not trying. I haven't had a chance to make it to the store for a pregnancy test but this is my current temp and signs on my oura ring. Typically the day of my period my temp significantly drops. I have an almost two year old and I had no signs prior to getting pregnant except for breast tenderness. I don't feel like I have any symptoms but I have felt a little crampy today like my period might start soon. Is this somewhat normal?

I recently have been working out/in a deficit and have lost 14 pounds over the last two months. I've heard that can affect your cycle too. Is it worth getting a test or should I wait another day or two? I'm currently about 3/4 days late. (cycles are normally 29-30 days for me)

I need hope

I just got my period. This was our 5th cycle TTC with our first. I’ve never been pregnant before. I got my bloodwork done at the beginning of this cycle and it came back all normal. I never thought it would take this long and I’m feeling so defeated. I need inspiration. How long did it take you to get pregnant for the first time?

considering oura and natural cycles

I have been on hormonal bc for about 5 years and feel like my body needs a break from the synthetic hormones. I am a 20 y/o F and when I have my period week, I experience a very intense mental reaction from the drop in hormones. If I skip my period week, it works for a couple months and then my period will push through the bc on month 3. My doctor's only suggestion was to switch to another hormonal OCP which is what I do not want to do. I am currently in between getting a copper IUD or switching to barrier method alongside using the Oura Ring and Natural Cycles app as an added layer of protection/peace of mind. Has anyone had experiences with the Oura Ring and/or Natural Cycles app for their cycle and how have you felt about it?

What is going on

Any insight?? Average cycle is 28-33 days but last cycle was only 20. Now this cycle my temps have been continuously low and today is cycle day 33. I bled for longer this cycle too. I’ve historically had the expected rise in temps in my luteal phase but so far nothing

The anxiety nobody talks about

I’m 6w0d today. Had a scare with low progesterone that sent me into a spiral. I’ve had so many intrusive thought$ and anxiety since testing positive early at 10 days post ov. This is the part of pregnancy nobody talks about enough. The constant worry of loosing the pregnancy, serial testing until your first ultrasound, the constant wiping to check for spotting, wondering if the cramping is normal or the start of a miscarriage. It’s so isolating and so hard. My daily mantra has been “Today, I am pregnant.” These days are so long.

Major signs 7w5d

Im currently 7w5 days. I haven’t had my first scan (it’s scheduled for Monday. I’m 37 and this is my first pregnancy. In weeks 4-5 I would get low readiness scores and some minor signs but not much since then. I woke up today to major signs for seemingly no reason. Aside from exhaustion I really haven’t had many pregnancy symptoms so that combined with the major signs today is causing me to spiral. Anyone have an experience like this where everything turned out fine?

TTC & losing hope

I took letrozole 2.5 last month for the first time and ovulated on CD19 but did not conceive. Had a follow up with my doctor and she said she feels confident to keep me on this dose as it seemed my body responded well. (I’m unmonitored btw)
This is my second letrozole cycle 2.5 and currently CD22 and no sign of ovulation. All my LH tests have been low highest being .5 but then it goes back down. My partner and I have been timing intercourse every other day since CD10 expecting ovulation but nothing
This is so frustrating

TTC , what to look for in my chart

Im new to oura, I just set it up yesterday. I am doing our second IUI this month and I know a lot of these features needs x amount of days to really read and track, but what should I look for specifically? I paired it with natural cycles and I also use lively that connects to it. Do I just look for temp spikes ? Any other tips I should know about ?

When did you stop wearing your ring?

I’ve been a loyal Oura ring user for over a year now. I haven’t missed a single night of tracking. I recently found out I am pregnant, currently 5w 5d, and with a previous loss I am driving myself insane looking at the data. My RHR has been dropping the past few days. My temp had been elevated but dropped down to baseline today. I had some pretty intense cramping during week 4 but that seems to subsided. No spotting or anything unusual but my symptoms have been very mild. I know I should take it off for my own sanity but my ultrasound isn’t until Tuesday!
