Which is more accurate with ovulation prediction - FF or Oura? Oura thinks I’ve yet to ovulate, FF thinks ovulation has passed? Not sure which is more accurate and if we should continue to BD.
I’ll note that my heart rate has been high today the past two nights and I’ve had ovulation pain since yesterday. Anyone notice a rise in RHR pre ovulation?
I have no idea what is going on with my temps. What could be causing this? Currently on CD25 and my average cycle is between 32-35 days. I’ve been trying to use LH strips but having trouble catching the surge to confirm ovulation.
for some reason oura app is not showing my ovulation with those dots on bottom. confused if ovulation has occurred or not
Based off this chart when would my ovulation date have been? I’m leaning toward it actually being earlier than May 7 based off testing.
7 months postpartum and breastfeeding so cycles are all over the place (only had 2 before this). We THINK we had sex may 6th.

This will be my 3rd baby and I tested early because I just had a strong feeling I was pregnant and I realized my temps were super high when they usually aren’t like this.
LMP was April 17th which would put me at 4w5d but I know that’s not right.
I got my BFP on may 13th. Tests have been darkening nicely and thought I’d share my charts. I just got my first “minor signs” today at 16 days past ovulation. The CB test was from the 13th and the strip test was this morning, a week later.
Hello! I am looking at this chart and it’s confusing to me. This is the only cycle where my LH positive and temp ride did not match. Has anyone else observed this?
I had positive LH on May 9 and May 10. And I think Oura is reflecting that in the image. But my temp rise was later. Looking for any insights here.
Got a faint positive on 10 days past ovulation. Had multiple negatives yesterday. My temps aren’t super high but similar to my first pregnancy. Thought I’d share since I’ve been lurking this sub the last couple months!
Noticed this cycle that I never really had a rise in temperature after ovulation, which has also changed twice now (first detected ovulation 5/14, now it’s saying 5/17). For context: my cycles are always extremely predictable and never sway, I know this can change but I’ve been very “normal” for as long as I can remember. I typically ovulate around CD 14 out of a 26 day cycle, and my temperatures are always elevated from there until the day before my period when I notice the dreaded drop. So just wondering if anyone has any insight, or if this is also pretty normal, just not normal for me. Another thing, I felt the ovulation pain this cycle, one sided stabbing pain all day long, I believe around CD 13
Oura did *not* predict my BFP!!! My chart is so mediocre too nothing crazy 😂 all my stats are honestly maybe even more normal than usual in my luteal phase lol
Spent the last 14 cycles working with a fertility clinic (*if it happens it happens* 1-2 years before that) and this is my first ever positive! Had tons of uterine polyps removed 7 cycles ago, no other issues! This was our 2nd letrozole, trigger shot, progesterone cycle only 1 dominant follicle and only BD 12 hours before ovulation and 2 days before that. We are honestly still in shock!

Hi! This is my first full cycle using Oura and Premom LH strips to track ovulation, and our first cycle TTC again after an 11-week MMC in January and another loss in March. Before my losses I had very regular 28-day cycles.
Do you think I ovulated Sunday based on my LH peak and Oura temps, or is it still too early to tell? We were only able to BD Sunday and Monday since I was out of town until Sunday afternoon. TIA ❤️
Positive pregnancy test, those earlier low temps weren’t reassuring in the TWW. It’s not always really high temps. Just wanted to share!
My temps are weird, it’s bee HOT the past few days and my finger has been sweaty under the ring so I’m thinking it may be skewed because of that. The spike day I had minor signs, and a faint positive yesterday and obvious positive today. We’ll see what happens! Ah!
im newer to temping but have been ttc since february (loosely). i was manually temping (not with natural cycles) for about a month until i got the oura ring 2 weeks ago.
my oura ring and natural cycles app have different baseline temps. currently oura says im above baseline whereas NC says im below.
i wasnt sure if this would be related to lack of data because oura and NC share the temp data? has anyone dealt with this before? thank you!

I finally got my positive and we’ve been trying since the beginning of the year and wanted to share my experience.
After ovulation (confirmed using LH strip) couple days after my oura flagged that my resting heat rate was elevated, there was 2 days in the TWW where it was at my baseline but other days it was higher. My HRV was okay, I think it only flagged “fair” maybe 3 days. My temp wasn’t massively high like what I’ve seen on here, max was +4 degrees for 1 day and other than that was fluctuating and today it was +1 degree so I thought my period was coming.
In terms of symptoms, this cycle I felt the least symptoms which made me feel that I was maybe I was pregnant, since it was different to the other cycles. I usually get bad cramping, and a lot of discharge, bloating, headache which always lead my to believe I was pregnant but wasn’t. but this cycle im pretty dry and cramping was more like pinches that would come and go rather than a dull one that stayed for longer, and a back pain on one side, so that made me hopeful.
Just wanted to come on and say that even if your temp charts aren’t high like what you’ve seen on here, it doesn’t mean you’re out!

I had a miscarriage at 11 weeks in February. My temperatures were much higher than this pregnancy. I’m over 6 weeks pregnant right now. My temperature seems to be lower this pregnancy sometimes going down to +.1 but my other pregnancy I was almost always over +.4. Does anyone think this is something to worry about?
Curious if anyone else has experienced change of Ovulation day with their ring. Originally it was confirmed on May 9th (Initial guess was May 11/12) but recently changed to May 8th… losing faith with it only because it’s been so off with the expected ovulation dates.
Is it normal/common for my readiness to improve drastically, HRV jump back up and RHR to decrease significantly at around 9 weeks? I’ve had 5 early losses and ofc I’m freaking out.
Okay trying not to clown myself lol but I’m 8 DP today and noticed a tiny bit of light pink spotting/discharge.
Only other thing I’ve noticed is increased urination. No cramps, sore boobs, nausea, etc.
My Oura temp is still super elevated today and my Inito numbers look pretty solid too.
For anyone who had light pink spotting around this time — when did you get your BFP ?
okay I’ll admit right away that I’m looking for success stories. I had an IUI 8 days ago. Last night my resting heart rate was elevated, I chalked it up to a busy day and late night (no alcohol of course). However, today my heart rate stayed elevated and said I’ve been stressed all day. All I have to compare this to is a chemical pregnancy from last year that i only knew about for 5 days.
if you had an elevated heart rate, how early did it start? How long after did you get your BFP?
