Anovulation??
This is my first cycle TTC with oura and NC. My predicted ovulation date was CD 19 but my temps have not remained above baseline. I had clear egg white dc on CD20.
Oura is now pushing OD to today.
I have PMOS but my symptoms have essentially been reversed thanks to GLP1 which I stopped in August.
My bloodwork has come back completely normal (inc insulin levels) and my cycles are around 31 days. I spoke with my dr today about not ovulating but she says that due to my fairly regular cycles it’s highly unlikely I’m not ovulating.
Is this just a case of oura needing more time to understand my baseline temp or could is by anovulation??
Also due to ouras update of OD I took an ovulation test this morning which was negative. Any advice is much appreciated!
