This is my (hopefully) final CAD after weeks of back and forth lol. Any big issues?

Title. This is still super confusing for me. I saw a lot of people saying that the bridge thickness/height on the engagement ring should match the thickness/height of the wedding band to have a flush fit. I’m confused, though, because in most cathedral designs I see, the bridge seems to be thinner than the rest of the shank - how does this work? Or does this just prevent flush fit altogether?

For context I was given the design for my engagement ring in the picture, but I asked them to make the bridge thicker to 1.8mm like the rest of the shank, since most wedding bands seem to be 1.6-1.8mm. But now I’m not sure if that’s going to look weird. I like the thinner bridge compared to the rest of it but would that prevent a flush fitting wedding ring?

Help!! I’m so confused

One of my main priorities is that a wedding band would be able to sit flush with my engagement ring. Many people pointed out to me that current design has a slight protrusion/widening of the shank at the bridge area, which would not allow a band to sit flush, so I’ve asked them if they could remove this and make it a uniform width.

Is there anything else in the design that looks like it would prevent a flush fit (setting height, basket width etc)? I asked if the empty space between the diamond and basket could be lowered (old design is the last pic), so it is shorter and wider now as a result. Will this be a problem?

Attaching the CAD + the sort of wedding band I probably want (just a 1/2 or 3/4 eternity). Thanks!

Does this look okay? Main things I want to double check:

- Will a wedding band be able to sit flush? Based on both the setting height and position of the cathedral
- does the band width and thickness look okay?
- any structural issues?

I just got the design images for my ring and would appreciate any feedback from all you knowledgeable people! I’m overall very happy with how things look - I switched from a peg head to cathedral setting with a hidden halo, pavé band, and yellow gold. A couple things I asked them about:

- in the images, there is a sizable gap between the diamond and basket tip. I asked if this space could be reduced. They also noted that the diamond shown in the photo is smaller than my actual stone, so perhaps that accounts for some of the space.
- wanted to ensure that a wedding band would be able to sit flush with the setting, they said they’d make sure to do that
- asked them for some of the measurements such as band width, setting height etc just so I can take a look at the numbers

Appreciate any thoughts or advice!!
