Hi, I’m in love with this drink from cafe Nero here in the UK. It’s so good and foamy, I’m a complete rookie when it comes to coffee. Does anyone know how I could go about making this?
Hi I’m a complete sauna newbie. I recently joined a fancy pantsy gym which has a few different saunas. I was hoping to get some incite on how best to use these.
My gym has the following:
• Finnish sauna 80–100°C
• Log sauna 70–85°C
• Himalayan salt sauna 50–70°C
It also has a “ Amethyst crystal “ steam room & a cold plunge.
I have never used a sauna before in my life, so any tips would be amazing!
