My son (18m) was sick with a fever for a couple of days and then got better. About 1 day later i started with body aches, chills, and a fever. Now im suspecting i have strep which im going to go get tested for. Is there anyway to keep our babies from getting sick again? Is his immunity up because he was just sick? I would feel terrible to give something back to him.

He is still BF so i like to think that could help him.
