WFH question
Is it HH if it only happens in social situations? I used to sweat constantly from my underarms (like, for decades. From puberty to 40 years old. I can’t remember a time when sweating didn’t influence my clothing choices, fabric selections, or body posture). I even did the miradry procedure which lasted about 2 weeks before going full sweat again. But since moving to a fully WFH position I only sweat excessively when I have to be in person. Or when I’m exercising- I still sweat like a mofo when I exercise (which is socially acceptable in a general sense, although my hairdresser still freaks out if I show up for a cut after I’ve done a workout because my hair is as wet as it would be after a shower). So..is it HH? Or anxiety?
