Definitely a very basic question here, but I want to hear from specific people & not just an internet search. It's regarding balding.
So I am a recently turned 22 year old who's genetic odds of balding are EXTREMELY HIGH, but who would very much like to not go bald for at least several more decades... or ideally just never. Some people in my life think I'm already beginning to thin, even if VERY slightly, but regardless of whether or not that's even true, it's almost certainly gonna come for me at some point before 50.
So yeah, I would like to start as soon as possible doing everything in my power to keep my hair going strong. It's pretty much the only part of my appearance that I truly care about, and not being able to grow it sort of long like I do would really really suck for me. I've been realizing lately I might even want to try going significantly longer soon.
So yeah, as the subreddit title implies, any advice on that please? I will do literally anything to keep my hair the way it is. The only things I do to it now are basic shampoo & a small amount of conditioner after the shower just to keep it from being all dry & frizzy. But please, what can I do to fight my slowly encroaching genetics & maintain hair that I like. I'm open to anything/
