Product Job in UAE

Hey everyone, kinda curious and wondering if shifting to the UAE next year for better pay is realistically possible for me.

I’ve been working in a banking/FinTech company for around 5 years now. Spent the first 4 years as a Business Analyst and recently moved internally into an Associate Product Manager role, been doing that for a little under a year.

Thinking about Dubai, Abu Dhabi, maybe even Riyadh. Mainly wanted to understand:

- How tough is it to get a decent banking/FinTech job there with visa sponsorship?

- Are BA/APM/Product roles in demand right now?

- Is something around 20k+ AED/month realistic with this kind of experience?

- Also, since I’m planning this move next year, are there any specific skills, tools, certifications, or domains I should focus on learning now?

Would love to hear from people already working there or who’ve made a similar move.

Delhi property negotiation

I was recently looking at builder floors in Chhatarpur, Mandi, and Dwarka areas. I’ve seen around 8–9 properties so far, and honestly, most of them were average.

But then I came across this L-type / L-shaped property, around 145 gaj, and the layout was really nice. Out of all the options I saw, this one felt the best to me.

The only issue is that it’s completely out of my budget. My maximum budget is 80 lakhs, and this property is quoted at 98 lakhs. I’m actually not even sure why the broker showed it to me 😅

I don’t have any experience buying property in Delhi, so I wanted to ask people who understand the market better; during negotiations, is it realistically possible for a property quoted at 98 lakhs to come down closer to 80 lakhs? Or is that too much of a gap to even try for?

Would genuinely appreciate honest advice. I really liked this property, so just trying to understand what’s realistic and what I should expect.

Living in Delhi NCR and recently decided to dip my toes back into the dating pool after spending a long time working on myself. Thought I’d try the apps, and honestly, it’s been… weird.

I’m not some model-tier guy or anything, but I do get a fair amount of matches and attention. The problem is, almost all of it seems to come with the same intention, something quick, casual, and transactional. It genuinely starts to feel like people are just looking for prostitution without the label.

That’s really not what I’m into. I was hoping to meet someone real, build something meaningful, even if it takes time. But so far, it feels like that’s not what most people are here for.

Is this just how it is now? Has anyone else had the same experience in Delhi NCR? Or are there actually people out there still looking for something genuine and I am looking at the wrong space?
