buell blast sutters at 10-15

my 01 buell blast started stutter around 10-15mph out of nowhere, it sounds like it's hitting limiter and then kicks in with power, wasn't doing this before carb was completely cleaned needle and diaphragm was replaced same with spark plugs and was running fine sat for a week then this started again any ideas?
