isa the label - online order experience
Hi! Has anyone ordered from Isa the Label online? What was your experience like?
Just wanted to share my experience so far, since its been quite frustrating.
I ordered the paige set from their store around May 21, after months of wanting one. However since then I only saw that it was “On the way” via shopify at like May 25 so I expected it to arrive.
I figured that maybe I’d just wait at max 2 weeks. I remember seeing that when the set was up for “pre-order” last feb and (2) I remember asking the owner irl when I visited their pop up on March that it would at least take 7-15 days (They sold out of the set again in my size).
Days have passed, they hosted the summerhouse popup and no update on my order. I do not mind waiting as long as they are transparent about it, but the store page did not indicate a preorder so I assumed it was available on hand.
Followed up yesterday, and they told me they would same day delivery it today but until now it’s been quiet.
Honestly if I knew this was going to be a pre-order process I would have just gone to their pop up and tried my luck but they keep selling out my size in the set that I wanted so 😔. I understand that this is a small business and there might not be a huge team to help the owner but I feel like for the price you pay (their sets are not cheap by all means) I would have expected more transparency in their communication and product description. No hate to isa the label, but hope they continue to improve as time goes on kasi their reach is getting bigger.
If anyone else has experienced ordering from them online, would like to know how it went!
