My 15 month old consistently wakes at 6am, and I want to push it closer to 7am - even 6:30 would be better.
His nap is strictly at 12pm at daycare so a 6am wake it making for quite a long first wake window (and mom and dad would love 30 more minutes of sleep)

Schedule as is:
6am wake — hold in dark room, snuggles till 6:30/6:45
12-2:15 nap
7:30 bed

At 6am he doesn’t seem “happy” awake, more ugh I wanna sleep but can’t. 30/70 on if he’ll fall asleep while I hold him till 6:30/6:45, 30% being sleeping again.

I know 6am is considered an acceptable wake time, but it doesnt work well with his schedule.

Thoughts on how to get there?
