Surgery

Let me tell you a little bit about my experience: on February 5th, I underwent a ulnar nerve transposition, as I had been suffering from severe pain—particularly throughout my entire forearm—for approximately two years. On June 25th, I am scheduled to have surgery on my other arm, because the ulnar nerve is compressed on that side as well. However, it is strange, because in my right arm, the only pain I experience is strictly in the elbow; if someone touches my elbow, it hurts, and if I lift something heavy, it hurts—but the pain is limited to the elbow, and sometimes extends slightly to the hand. On the left side—the one I’ve already had surgery on—my primary pain has always been located throughout the entire forearm; it is an excruciating pain, yet it is confined almost exclusively to the forearm, with only a slight extension to the hands. So, in my right arm, I have a compressed ulnar nerve, but I only feel pain in the elbow and have absolutely no symptoms in the forearm. What could be causing that forearm pain? Because, honestly, that is the symptom that is absolutely killing me also some pain in my ring finger and little finger but not too much as the forearm pain.
