Is this a damaged skin barrier? I’ve been using epiduo for 10 years

My routine is quite simple and has been simple for the past 10 years I only use face cream, Micellar water and epiduo. But I can’t tell if it’s left me with a compromised skin barrier when I first started using it, it cleared up my acne for a good 3 years but ever since it’s just been like this.

But a few weeks ago it started really irritated my skin and it was burning so I’ve stopped using it but now I have all these little pimples coming out. I can’t afford to see a dermatologist out of pocket and waiting on the NHS list will take me forever so I’m at a loss on what to do.

The side I don’t sleep on is always the worst side so I don’t think it’s a dirty pillow causing this. But being almost 30 and not having clear skin at all is really getting to me.

The redness isn’t bad when I wake up but gets worse as the day goes on is this a blood flow thing?

THG doing another round of lay offs whilst still hiring in India

Around 100 people will be affected in the UK. Not sure what the plan of SLT is? To run it to the ground perhaps?
