Hoping to make the switch from kindle soon

Trying to decide between kobo Clara bw and kobo libra color. I've never had an e-reader with buttons before and the temptation is STRONG. but I've heard the contrast is a bit hard to get used to due to the color washing it out a bit. Did anyone struggle getting used to the color saturation when making the switch from a Paperwhite?

Main reason I'm hoping to switch is that my Paperwhite signature 11th gen has randomly started white screening when locked sometimes.

The waterproof of any e-reader I choose to get is the biggest selling point for me as I like to read in the pool and in the bath and I'm *clumsy*.

Sorry this post is all over the place. Which option would you choose if price wasn't a factor?

Trying to decide

Hi! Since the latest update to the kindle, for some reason my kindle Paperwhite signature is just constantly glitching out, white screening and just generally making life sad. I hope they patch it in the future and it isn't actually a hardware flaw, up until this point I've had no issues despite dropping it in the pool, in the bath several times in the past.

That being said, I'm looking into branching out into other e-readers. My biggest wants in an e-reader are waterproof (I tend to drop things and greatly enjoy reading in a pool) and warm light functionality. I'd prefer no color, but if it has the ability to turn grayscale I'm open to it. Not too picky on size/scribing capabilities at all, would like it to be lightweight enough to hold with one hand comfortably though. I mostly borrow books from Libby or side load fanfics from AO3. Browser capabilities so I could just directly download from AO3 would be a huge plus but not required!

If anyone has any advice or tips or reviews on e-readers that fit these criteria, I'd greatly appreciate it! I've been looking around and all the options are overwhelming to say the least as someone who's had some form of kindle since kindle 4th gen.

Had a huge craving for poke, so I made some sushi rice and used Aldi frozen tuna steaks with Sriracha and Kewpie mayo with avocado and cucumber. Forgot to use the seaweed I got, but honestly it was delicious as a very basic poke bowl! And so much cheaper, 3 small tuna steaks were under $5 at my local Aldi. First time making it!
