I am in no way a marketer or paid promoter, but I was absolutely getting hosed by my last provider. I live in DFW, TX. I felt like I was paying way too much so I started checking rates around all the big insurers last week. Sure enough, I am now saving half on my bill by switching to… yes, that company.
Move around and get the best rate always. If and when you ever switch and there’s still time left on that pay period for your policy, you should get a refund for the prorated amount left.
All in all, $130 still feels insanely cheap for what I was paying. I double checked everything. All my coverage options are exactly the same. I did note, however, that in the vehicle selection step there is no “Golf R” option, just Golf and GTI. My VIN number that I provided auto-defaulted me to Golf and I’m not asking any questions. My VIN is tied to a Golf R and I am covered.
