What am I even supposed to be doing?

So I had an acoustic trauma 4 months ago. About a month later it started with pain on the ears then I had headaches on the back of my head and visual migraines, that became neuralgia on the back of my head which then the neuralgia pain shifted to the side of my face and then to the front of my face where it is currently, is this normal for pain hyperacusis?
What should I be doing?
I have been to a bunch of doctors and non have been able to help, they said I should live normally, which I couldn't at first due to loudness hyperacousis, after the loud H got better I started to live more normally and got the nox on my face, maybe I pushed it too far? I was testing how much I can handle digital audio and my tolerance kept going up so I turned it up a bit day by day, but the last couple of days I seem to have gotten worse. Today I'm just staying in silence not listening to any digital audio, feels like I'm getting my front tooth pulled out.

My tinnitus also used to be extremely reactive and now it's not, seems like i have traded reactive tinnitus for nox.

Why is tinnitus awareness so low?

I literally did not know what tinnitus was until I got it myself at the gun range.

If I knew this was posible I wouldn't have even gone and risked it. It's been 2 months and ruined my life.

How the hell is this not talked about more? I'm 35 and never heard of this condition which can ruin your life in a few seconds, just mind blowing.

Head pressure

Anyone wake up with really bad head pressure coming from the back of your head?

These episodes usually last hours or most of the day and randomly fade away. Usually my T is quieter the days I have head pressure, I don't know where it's coming from or what's causing it. When I get the head pressure episodes it feels like my head is going to explode and it's legit one of the worse feelings even worse than T.

Doctor said my ears are fine and it's probably migraines from stress and jaw clenching. I doubt it though I think it's related to noise exposure the day before maybe. I haven't found a pattern on what triggers it.
