Newbie to IBS-D. Advice?

Hi all, I’ve had the symptoms to IBS-D for around a year, but it took me a while to determine I mostly likely have it as I just dealt with symptoms without looking into it despite knowing my mom struggled with it all my life (she passed prior to me having symptoms so i can’t ask her). For the past year or so I’ve had all the typical symptoms where 95% of the time I have D or at least loose BM, have lower stomach cramps after eating and urgency, high frequency, etc. In addition I have just about every predisposition such as being a young woman with a genetic history, mental health issues, high stress job, etc. Since becoming more aware I haven’t gone on strict diet restrictions, but have made note of my diet and the reaction to it and there’s no real rhyme or reason. The only time recently I noticed a difference for a day was when I had a “meal” with legit just ingredients (cucumbers, raspberries, carrots, olives, fresh mozzarella, and ranch). First time I didn’t have symptoms after eating since they started. That being said, I don’t want to eat ingredients all my life and no matter if it’s the healthiest home cooked meal vs buldock ramen the result is the same. My health insurance has been very spotty so until I see a doctor about it what’s some go to tricks/treatments/anything to help out in the meantime? This shit sucks (no pun intended) and since specific types of food (ie no dairy, carb, meat, etc) doesn’t rly work any and all advice is welcome.
