I'm wondering if anyone here can help me with this.

Looking for a mod that made it possible to subdue enemies through the intimidation perk and turn them on your side as settlers. I remember playing the game like Metal Gear Solid V like 4 years ago sneaking around stealing manpower. Pretty sure I got it from NexusMods but I can't find it.
