09 Toyota Camry 2.4L. Been hearing this sounds for a little while now. My mechanic said it was because the oil was low. Unsure since the oil was changed At the end of March at Take 5. Added a few quarts along with engine treatments and it still persists. Checked all around and don’t see any oil leaks anywhere. Any idea what could be the issue? Should I add more?
