I took two years of weight training in high school, but I never took it seriously. Then, I work out at home for like 6 months, but it was mostly calisthenics. I started out working out again in Aug 2025. I took the second and third pics today, and the first pic was around Aug 2025. Logging my workout definitely helped me out a lot. I currently do a mix of weight training and weighted calisthenics. My weight went from 158->146->160.
