I want to ban Israel as a whole from being able to access my files, is this something that can be done?

Sarah Lyons, who used to go by sarahlyoness on youtube, is famous for her spoken poetry piece "I Miss You" sampled in many songs. She had a whole series of spoken word poetry pieces on her channel before she deleted it. None of her videos have been archived anywhere. Soulseek has audio files but I am searching for the accompanying videos. I'm searching for "I miss you", "closure", "I'm sorry", "i never meant to fall out of love", chasing happiness", etc. I am looking for basically a full archive of her channel. ytdlp bros wya? Thanks.
