Hello dear FACEIT community,

Today during a FACEIT match my team reported me because they didn’t like playing with me. After the match I see that the system banned me for verbal abuse, but from the guy who was trolling was calling me names and said that i should kill my self. the only thing i said too him that he should start playing normaly.

he was throwing flashes and smokes on me and im the one getting banned.

Out of curiosity I watched the entire demo from the game and the only vulgar words that were said in that match were the following:
"stop fucking trolling and start playing

I cannot believe that your system issues bans without context and that it is not verified by a human.
