I,(17F) recently, fell out with my best friend of 9 years. When we were still friends, we had bought concert tickets together. Specifically the weeknd concert in croke park. I remember presale access just came on we both clicked on the presale access link. However, ticketmaster had signed me out of my account and I had to log into my account. My bsf was waiting in the presale queue, tickets were selling out fast. Not wanting to waste time, my bsf suggested she buy both tickets and I transfer her money for my ticket. I agreed and so I sent her the money for my ticket. So, now she has two tickets on her account. Now that we aren’t friends anymore, about three weeks ago, I asked her to transfer me my ticket. However, the problem is the tickets are not transferable. Fast forward to today she has blocked me on other social media platforms such as tiktok, instagram, snapchat etc. Seeing that she has blocked me on other social media platforms and cut off contact on those apps has made me worried she will block my number and whatsapp, currently our only form of contact. We are finished school next week. So, if she cuts off contact and blocks me over the summer. I have no way of contacting her asking for my ticket. Seeing that there was a possibility of me losing out on my ticket and money. I asked her to send me back my money and she can keep/sell my ticket as she isn’t able to transfer me my ticket. It’s important to note that there isn’t a specified time of when the ticket transfer option is enabled. I have offered to buy the ticket off her when she puts it up for sale after she sends me back my money. This way she gets her money back and I get a ticket. I am trying to be reasonable about this situation however, this is like straight up arguing with a brick wall. And to be honest, I just want to get this over and done with and cut all ties .
