Hi everyone. I need advice on ways to change the dynamic with a specific team member.

This team member has said something to my manager about not getting enough input from me/I'm not engaged enough in their work.

I will admit that's probably true, however over the last 6 months every time I give feedback and input to them it's turned into a debate. So I've definitely pulled back to 'what input do I absolutely have to give, because I don't have the energy for everything to be a debate.'
