I just want to warn people about this company. I purchased seat covers from them and they look nothing like what is on the website. The cover is got in the mail are a brown color with ugly mustard yellow. On the website they are a dark rustic pink with gold.
I went to start a refund and what do you know, their refund portal doesn’t work. Then I go to their contact page and you can’t send them a message either. They only have an email listed so I emailed them and they sent me a generic email saying they can only offer me 40% refund even though their website says they give full refunds within 14 days of delivery.
Their posts on social media have no comments because they delete them all. Now they are ghosting me.
I have disputed the charge with my bank. Don’t buy from them!
