Finally did it!

The man that has saved my life many times just through music. After seeing him for the second time in Toronto this past summer, which was right after the loss of my grandma who I was very close with I knew I wanted to get these lyrics.

What would you estimate this 40ft shipping container conversion is worth?

We recently purchased a property and the previous owners left us this 40-foot sea can / shipping container conversion. We don’t have a use for it, so we’re considering selling it and would love some opinions on what someone might realistically pay for it as-is.
It has already been converted into a small living space and includes:
40ft shipping container
100-amp electrical service
120/240V panel, lots of receptacles & ceiling pot lights
2 in-wall heaters
120V water heater
Electrical inspected by a certified electrician and passed
Can be powered by generator/off-grid or utilities
PEX plumbing
Separate 3/4” macerator outlet
Setup for a grey-water field + holding tank/septic connection
Spray foam + Rockwool wall insulation
Insulated floor and ceiling
Bathroom with shower, sink/vanity, mirror, light, and macerator toilet
Kitchen with sink, cabinets, shelving and butcher-block/walnut countertops
Hardwood walnut countertops are currently unfinished and would need to be stained/sealed
Space for a fridge
Laminate flooring throughout, with extra boxes included
Windows throughout
Interior/exterior doors, including a sliding barn door
Woodstove area already framed/prepared, with existing piping and plumbing provisions
Could potentially add a patio door beside the woodstove area
Extra matching shelving included
The previous owners said it cost approximately $3,000 just to move the container onto the property, including the flatbed and crane.
We’re in Ontario, Canada. We’re not really sure what something like this is worth, especially considering the amount of electrical, plumbing, insulation and interior work already completed.
If you were looking to buy something like this, what would you realistically be willing to pay? And what would you list it for?
Thanks! 😊

Edit - okay Jesus Christ you’re all extremely miserable! Making it seem like I’m some monster lol.
I asked if there’s a market for it and if so what would someone pay for it. And you guys answered with “I wouldn’t buy it”
Those are completely different questions. Glad everyone here can read lol.
