I just recently cleared my background check and got onboarded - I start second week September, super excited! Coming from another bank and wanted to ask about the culture and pay and had a specific question about the bonus.
My annual is $59,000 on GG10 - the offer mentioned a “bonus/short-term incentive” up to $3k - is this the annual bonus? or is it a quarterly/monthly bonus that gets paid out by the banker? and what are the typical annual standard raises like?
