Hi! Does anyone know why or what these bumps are/caused from?

I have the bumps that are kind of itchy on the back of my leg and up to the bottom of my butt area. I’ve had them pop up after spending a lot of time in a hot tub but this time they just came on their own.

I have been cleared of any stds so that’s not it

Anyone know any quick fixes?
