Marc vs Martin - Ducati Decision

I have always sort of wondered regarding why Ducati took so long to make that decision.

They had the data for both riders and it must have been clear how good Marc is.

Also, his credentials were far superior than anyone on the grid both from Championship and Marketing perspective in case former was not enough. He was the best GP23 by far and fighting with GP24s with clearly inferior machineary.

So, I wonder what took them so long?

Also, Martin kept claiming that some Ducati people were on his side. Did anyone has any info on who they were? I assume it must be one of Gigi or Tardozzi. Because if both were in Marc's favour, then there would be no debate at all.

If you hear them now, they keep praising him which is absolutely deserved. But what was actually going on in the backstage while having those discussions?

Will appreciate if anyone can share any tea on this.

Finally, after seeing Marc's performances, Ducati management must be pleased that they made the correct choice. But do the joke among themselves that some people were actually betting against this monster??

Captain so goated that he decided to not use a batsman as impact player when he had 5 bowlers and 2 all rounders in the team. Honestly, this was a shocking decision

This came to my feed just now. Looks like even insta wants to troll PBKS. It turned from dessert to amazon rainforest quite quickly.

Not sure what to say on this one. Riders are not serious for their own safety. Pecco also mentioned the rider's union, did they really try that?
