Currently living next to IKEA in burlington and paying 2500 CAD for 2 bedroom apartment.

Since rents have fallen a decent bit id like to relocate within burlington at the end of this year to a 1 bedroom spot to save for a down payment.

What are the best websites / apps to find rentals for the city? I got lucky last time when getting the current apartment by cold calling the building.

Also does anyone have experience with lease transfers ( either doing it themselves or giving it to someone else)
