hi i have a few questions lng regarding sa shifting from amv to foe, thank you

will i be delayed or balik first yr po ba?
for the first sem ng civ eng, if i only have to take 4 subjects since okay na ung iba, will it be possible to add more units or take more subjects without pre-req or co-req?
other than their gform, are there any other requirements i have to do?
anong offices po kaya ang pede ko kausapin or tanungin regarding all these?
